Every student and Post-doc applying for assistance must have their advisor/supervisor fill out a student recommendation using the form on the SHINE website under the Workshop menu. The recommendation will indicate why the advisor thinks the student will benefit from attending the conference. Submitting this form will automatically send an e-mail to your advisor with the request for a recommendation.
You will receive a response by Feb 15. Do not register until you have received your decision.
