Please Read Regarding Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT INFORMATION: The abstract submission form will request all of the important information related to your poster. Please fill this out in the format indicated in the form – particularly the author list. The author list will be used after the conference to submit all of the SHINE abstracts to the Astrophysical Data System. Note that the most recently submitted abstracts will also appear at the bottom of the home page.

POSTER IMAGE: You may upload up to three images to accompany your abstract although this is not required. If you want to add your poster to an existing abstract, please visit the Upload Poster Image page to upload your poster file. The webmaster (Katie, ktindiana@hotmail.com) will manually add it to your abstract.

SEARCHING AND SORTING: You may click on the tags at the bottom of each abstract to choose a certain working group, session, or filter by student or invited speaker submissions. You may use the search bar at the top of the SHINE site to look up all mentions of a specific person or set of keywords across the entire website. Abstract titles, content, authors and coauthors are searchable from the search bar.

ABSTRACT ORDER: Abstracts will be ordered by date of submission, with the most recently submitted abstracts at the top. After abstract submission closes, the abstracts may be reordered by author name or some other strategy. A page with a compact list of posters by title will also be made available.
