SHINE Abstract Submission, Early Bird Registration, and Childcare Grant Program Deadlines on June 16

This Friday, June 16, is the deadline to submit abstracts, to receive the Early Bird registration rate, and to apply for the Childcare Grant Program from SHINE.

Abstract Submission: Submit your abstract ONLY using the “Submit Abstract” link in the SHINE Dashboard that leads you to the appropriate form. Do not “Add New” post. You may continue to edit your abstract and add images up until the workshop, but you MUST watch the How To Edit Your Abstract videos in the Dashboard before you do so.

Only one poster is allowed per person due to space limitations. If you would like to submit an additional abstract for an oral presentation, choose the “Invited Speaker (No Poster)” tag.

Early Bird Registration: $550 until June 16, goes up to $600 on June 17. When you click on the “Register” link, you will be taken to UNH’s DestinyOne system. This is outside the SHINE site, so you will need to make a new user account for that system.

Childcare Grant Program Application: Apply for support by filling in the appropriate field when you register. If you filled out the Inquiry we sent around a few weeks ago, that is not the same as applying for support, so please make sure you fill out the field when you register.

SHINE Financial Aid Decisions have been Sent

All financial aid decision letters have been sent to students and advisors. If you did not receive your letter, please send an email to webmaster@helioshine.org. Students must attend Student Day on Sunday August 6, 2023 and present a poster during the workshop.
