The American Geophysical Union (AGU) Space Physics and Aeronomy (SPA) section Early Career Leadership Advisory Committee (EC-LAC) was established to advise the SPA leadership on the Early Career perspective and experience, and to be the liaison between the SPA leadership and Early Career scientists. The EC-LAC is composed of Early Career SPA members with the goal of understanding and conveying the current state and needs of Early Career scientists in SPA. As such, the EC-LAC seeks to advocate on behalf of SPA Early Career members to foster environments where Early Career scientists can thrive. This poster provides an opportunity for members of the broader SPA community to come meet EC-LAC members, learn about the committee, and find out more about the resources and opportunities that it provides.
