SHINE 2024 Abstract Deadline Today
Today is the deadline to submit your abstract for SHINE! Log into your Dashboard account and use the link to submit your abstract. You can continue to edit your abstract or add images up until the workshop.
After submitting your abstract through the form, you will be taken to your live abstract on the website. If you make any edits, the abstract status will change to Pending and the webmaster will review and approve the changes. Once this is complete, the abstract will be live on the website again. The webmaster will monitor daily for abstract updates. Please be patient if you don’t see your changes approved immediately.

Reminders
- Early Bird Registration ends TODAY!
- Workshop Registration ends July 12th! There is NO on-site registration.
- Deadline to book hotels at the group rate is July 9th and 10th, please refer to the hotels tab on the SHINE website for specific hotel details
- Room assignments for funded students were sent out yesterday afternoon, PLEASE REVIEW and get back to Christine at christine.schulz@swri.org no later than Monday at 10AM EST if any changes are required. Expect an updated room list to be distributed Monday evening
