Updated Deadlines
The deadlines for SHINE have been adjusted to be slightly earlier to allow for better planning and logistics in Juneau. The new deadlines have been updated as follows:
Early Bird Registration Deadline: June 28, 2024
Late Registration Starts: June 29, 2024
Final Registration Deadline (Hard cutoff, No onsite registration): July 12, 2024
Attendance Cap: Attendance will be capped at 300 – 350 participants. Registration will close when the cap is met.
Deadline for abstract submission: June 28, 2024 (Participants can continue to edit their abstracts until the meeting day)
Abstract Submission
Abstract submission is now open. Log in to your SHINE Dashboard account and use the Submit Abstract widget to access the form. Logging into your account first will enable you to have ownership of your abstract with the ability to edit and add images later on.
- Watch the How to Submit an Abstract video before submitting
- Read all the text on the abstract submission page
- In the Author List field, be sure to include all authors, INCLUDING the first author
- For now, abstracts should be associated with appropriate Working Groups. Later we will add Tags you can choose to associate your abstract with a specific session.
