We analyze the long-term observations of the Sun’s magnetic field and solar wind from missions such as Ulysses, ACE, Parker Solar Probe, and Solar Orbiter and coronal images from SOHO/EIT, STEREO/SECCHI, SDO/AIA, along with recent advances in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to present a current understanding for the evolution of the solar corona and the origin of the solar wind.
