In the partially ionized VLISM, the ion-neutral collisional damping and ion-neutral decoupling impose constraints on the damping scale of the global cascade of interstellar turbulence and the driving scale of the turbulence observed by Voyager in the VLISM. In addition, the spectral shape of the turbulent magnetic fields in the VLISM over a broad range of length scales plays an important role in affecting the non-resonant mirroring and gyroresonant scattering of the pickup ions and thus the IBEX observations. I will discuss both the properties of the turbulent magnetic fields and the implications on particle diffusion in the VLISM.
