The Solar Physics Division (SPD) of the American Astronomical Society is happy to announce the 5th Annual Graduate Student and Postdoc Virtual Fair, which will be held on Wednesday, 2025 November 5th! 

Grad Fair Time: 10:00-11:30 US Pacific Standard Time (18:00-19:30 UTC)

Postdoc Fair Time: 12:00-13:30 US Pacific Standard Time (20:00-21:30 UTC)

The SPD committee invites current undergraduate/graduate students in the areas of Physics, Astronomy and related sciences (engineering, computer science, AI, etc.) to attend the Fair. This event is aimed at people considering a career in solar physics, heliophysics, solar-stellar connection, and space weather. 

Registration required. Please find more details and the registration forms on the SPD fair website (https://spd.aas.org/graduate-student-postdoc-opportunity-fair/) and note the deadlines for registration:

• Interested participants, please register by November 3 (by 17:00 Pacific Time).
• Institutions interested in advertising their programs, please register by October 20 (by 17:00 Pacific Time). 

The link to the Zoom meetings will be sent out to all registrants the day before the event.
