On March 29, 2023, the Step-1 and Step-2 proposal due dates for B.7 Space Weather Science Application Research-to-Operations-to-Research (SWR2O2R) were deferred to until April 28 and June 28, respectively. This delay is to accommodate a virtual town hall discussion on April 12, 2023, hosted jointly by NASA HQ Heliophysics Division and NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC). This virtual town hall will enable open discussion of how the program works and the various steps needed to move a proposed work from the research domain into operational readiness. SWPC will also provide more information on operational needs in various focus areas that would be considered in the proposal selection process.
The town hall will be conducted virtually from 2-4 pm eastern time on April 12th via: https://meet.google.com/kwe-itqv-fyv
