Deadline for Student financial support applications: May 1, 2023
Early Bird Registration Deadline: Friday June 16, 2023 by midnight at the end of the day
Deadline for abstract submission: Friday June 16, 2023 by midnight at the end of the day (Participants can continue to edit their abstracts until the meeting day)
Childcare Grant Program: deadline with early registration

SHINE Dashboard
This year, SHINE participants will be required to log into the SHINE site to access a Dashboard with links to all the key tasks to prepare for SHINE. A video on the home page demonstrates how to set up a user account and log in. A How To video in the Dashboard demonstrates the Dashboard functionality. Email Katie at webmaster@helioshine.org for assistance.
The Dashboard puts all of the key steps to prepare for SHINE in one place to help ensure everyone completes all the necessary steps on time.
An added benefit is that you will have full control over your own abstract with the ability to edit text and add poster images as needed.
As always, please check your SPAM/Junk mail, Promotions, and Other mailboxes for messages from the website after submitting any forms.
Website Accessibility
We have had a case reported where a user could not access the SHINE website on their work network, but found it was accessible when switching over to the home or cell network. If you find issues like this, please report to us and check with your IT folks if they may be blocking the site.
