Attendees of the SHINE workshop are asked to sign up for Bystander Training from Step Up!

Step UP! is an award winning, evidence-based bystander intervention program that teaches participants how to intervene in problematic situations, including mental health issues, sexual assault/interpersonal violence, substance abuse, discrimination, microaggressions and other concerns. Participants will learn common barriers to intervention as well as strategies to overcome them.
