The Era of Large-N Radio Arrays: Scene Setting Talk

Authors: Lindsay Glesener

The new data from large radio observatories with many antennas will revolutionize the investigations we can perform on the Sun. In this scene-setting talk, I will discuss some of the scientific drivers for solar scientists to utilize these future observatories along with multiwavelength data from other observatories. I will also discuss the necessary observables and physical constraints to enable wide uptake of these data, in order to spur discussion about future methods for multiwavelength analysis using new and future radio observatories.
